| RESERVATION | Tours must be booked up to 24h in advance. |
| BAD WEATHER POLICY | In case of rain before the start of the tour, clients will be asked whether they prefer to join the tour all the same, reschedule or get a full refund. |
| MEETING TIME | 15 minutes before the tour’s starting time. |
| MINIMUM GROUP | The minimum is two people. If it is not reached, each amount paid will be reimbursed. |
| INFANTS | Infants under 2 years of age are not allowed to participate |
| CHILDREN | Children up to 25 Kg under 6 years of age are allowed to participate with a discounted rate on child seat |
| KIDS | Children between 7 and 12 years of age may join the tour with a discounted rate but they are under the responsibility of their parents and they need to know how to ride a bike even in busy streets. HOWEVER, we recommend that families choose the private version of this tour. |
