| RESERVATION | Tours must be booked up to 24h in advance. |
| BAD WEATHER POLICY | In case of rain before the start of the tour, clients will be asked whether they prefer to join the tour all the same, reschedule or get a full refund. |
| MEETING TIME | 15 minutes before the tour’s starting time. |
| MINIMUM GROUP | The minimum is two people. If it is not reached, each amount paid will be reimbursed. |
| CHILDREN | Children under 11 years of age are not allowed to participate |
| TEENS | Teens may join the tour with a discounted rate but they are under the responsibility of their parents, and they need to know how to ride a bike even in busy streets. |
