RESERVATION Tours must be booked up to 24h in advance.
BAD WEATHER POLICY In case of rain before the start of the tour, clients will be asked whether they prefer to join the tour all the same, reschedule or get a full refund.
MEETING TIME 15 minutes before the tour’s starting time.
CHILDREN Children can be carried on a bicycle from one year of age and above. Those weighing up to 11 kg/24 lbs can be placed in a front seat, while from 11 kg/24 lbs to 23 kg/50 lbs they must use a rear seat.
KIDS Kids aged between 7 and 12 can participate accompanied by an adult. Kids are under the responsibility of their parents.  We also provide family cargo bikes and baby carrier extensions connected to adults e-bikes

CANCELLATION POLICY
